As a shareholder I wish that it is opposite, but today Q-report is simple put worthless shit. What should I think after?
1. After 18 months with SC now they will study i.v. VEGF-T formulation? Great! For what? To determine MTD, to see acute phase reaction, to improve delivery, to increase therapeutic index,..to….What? Without explanation! How they can talk about partnership when they didn’t completed PI phase? BS!
2. Revenue from Novartis collaboration? No draw from loan facility and related to 2003 clinical expense? And this should be FREE money, IF they hit target with PII? Now they are talking 2H-2003! Not 3Q 2003! They should have (already) interim 12 weeks treatment IL-1 Trap PII data, however we can not expect any update before RA conference.
3. Axokine? Where are FDA discussion outcome and plans? Where are diabetic extension result, ongoing open-label PIII, stopped or continue, time-frame for on-off study? Where are general update for PEG-A reformulation?
4. Is Q-report to BS about how much money they spent or to update on business and future plan-milestones? Maybe they should amend 10b-5 plans, so their options (expiration in 04/05) should not expired worthless.
