Why is that relevent? Abu Sayyaf has not attacked America. There is more likeliness of an Al Qaeda-Saudi Arabia connection, which is much more direct than a link through Abu Sayyaf. Why not attack Saudi Arabia?

For that matter, a Pakistani-Abu Sayyaf connection is more likely. Should we attack Pakistan?

Should we invade the Phillipines for their inability to destroy Abu Sayyaf?
