twf, re: I am on the record of being skeptical about the idea of intervening in South Korea, and I'm on the record as saying any military intervention would be very risky. That's not quite a flat out statement that I will not support an intervention under any circumstances. I'll pass that on to President Bush. I know he's been waiting on your opinion. John
