It is laughable. I have no idea what magic they think Bush has wrought in NK

God. He inherited the worst possible disaster in NK. You had one incompetent president (Carter) who had helped another incompetent president (Clinton) get a totally one-sided agreement in which we literally gave away the store in exchange for what? Nothing. Bush comes into office and finds that NK is now not only a nuclear power, but has us literally over the barrel because of the previous administration's incompetence.

It is a high price to pay for receiving an 8-year injection of anesthesia. Another huge Clinton remnant that will take years to resolve, and may well result in huge numbers of innocent deaths.

I'm not sure what you think Bush might have done with this mess, but frankly, I don't think there is any way to handle it other than to just try and get by. Unless you want start firing cruise missles at NK artillery installations north of the DMZ.
