God. He inherited the worst possible disaster in NK. You had one incompetent president (Carter) who had helped another incompetent president (Clinton) get a totally one-sided agreement in which we literally gave away the store in exchange for what? Fool......what happened during the two presidencies in between......Reagan and Bush I? You are disturbed. Nothing. Bush comes into office and finds that NK is now not only a nuclear power, but has us literally over the barrel because of the previous administration's incompetence. Cry me a river!
