I see you swallowed that propaganda whole. The North Koreans have been willing to have multilateral meetings for months, since mid-April. In fact, it appears that we are the ones that caved here. They've promised to meet with the North Koreans privately during the meetings.

I'm not saying that compromise isn't a good thing. But for the Bush administration to falsely imply that the NKs caved is disingenuous and, unfortunately, increasingly common.
