PENX-sentiments-Having to buy corn at the mercy of swinging commodities prices has Cargill written all over it. I also wonder what the real differences were about the JV that caused it's abandonment. Cargill, Dow, Monsanto, and Dupont all have seed operations, and all have plastics interests. Current operations while not to exciting are growing thanks to the last acquisition. It's just a matter of time. Not even Miss Cleo could put a date on it when. My prediction when it does happen - (bidding war)Anybody hear if McDonald's was interested in using a starch coating?
