I'm sorry, I'm not beholden to some blowhard that knows nothing about the carrier business, and thinks a carrier may target his little TF business, so they can fraudulently put a big DSL or T-1 access on the books.

Committing fraud via IRU's, or converting maintenance costs to capital improvements must be way over their heads. Who needs that when they got "big fish" like you to bill?

I understand your obsession with the Chinese market. I would say after what the Chinese have done to JDSU/ETEK's TF business, you'll be the first to go Chap 11 (look it up).
