<CMM Group LLC has been pledged of fee of $50,000 directly by
Refocus Group, Inc. for coverage for a period of three months. >

Probably just want to get the word out about their great company. NOT!

Want to give everyone a chance to make big money. They would hate to
make gigantic gobs of money for themselves without taking little guys like
you and me along. heee heee

How about since insiders own about 48% or 9 million shares of the company,
they pump it up and sell us some!! If their $50k fee can get the stock up only
25 cents, that would be 2.5 million. After subtracting the 50k that would only
leave $2,450,000. Hardly worth it. hee hee

Why would they sell with booming revenues like this:

<For the three months ended 3/31/03, the Company reported no revenue.
Net loss applicable to Common rose 49% to $1.7 million. Results reflect
increased salary and related expenses.>

isn't it amazing the company that just aquired them is the one paying the fee?

<In March 2003, the Company completed the merger of Refocus Acquisition
Corp., a newly created wholly owned subsidiary of Refocus, with and into
Presby Corp (Presby), a medical device company that was engaged principally
in the research and development of surgical treatments for human vision disorders.
Presby was the surviving corporation and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Refocus.>
