Faultline did a good job of moderating this thread, and his efforts attracted a lot of readers. His presence can be invoked by anyone, WWTK, there he is invoked.
It is pretty obvious that many readers will not accept the guidelines that Faultline laid down for this thread, read your post then read the header, WWKT is not some kind of guessing game, unlike God, Ken left clear instructions.

If posters from adjunct poles of the discussion such as LindyBill and Maurice were to admonish posters together, then the spirit of WWKT would have some chance of staying alive on this thread, and I am guessing, as a long time reader, that Ken would like that. I chose LindyBill and Maurice because they have both demonstrated a great respect for WWKT.
