I'll put it together. What I want to avoid this year are accusations of me being a dictator. So I want everyone to have a say in how we play (assuming they didn't like the way we did things the past 2 years). Last year some people thought I just took over and that bummed me out. I want it to be fun for everyone and I want everyone to have a say in how we play. We just have to make sure that its easy enough so that it doesn't become too time consuming for me
