They've work together for a long time in a Symbiotic relationship. The giant MSFT provides the Operating System. The Giant Intel provides the hardware. Suddenly, Giant Intel announces his secret pact with BeOS and premiers a fully operational version on Intel hardware that was covertly developed over the past three months, but only revealed in the last week. Suddenly, Giant MSFT feels he has to spite his former mate by finding a new cohort. The only one around who has anything new to offer. Apple looks might good! Just a wild thought. -Bill_H
