I couldn't agree with you more -- at least with your first sentence. Christians should not support political parties.

We should support individuals that have Christian beliefs !!
We all are human and can err on some interpretations on portions of the Bible, but thru prayer and a close relationship with the Lord, we can keep these errors at a minimum.

Your comment that "the republicans have never done a thing that they promised" seems a little too general. I'd rather say that many Republicans who may share my beliefs have tried to change our way of life so as to more fully follow the Lord's word -- but have so far been unable to be completely successful.

I for one am thankful the Lord insists more on our attempts than our success. Attempting is our responsibility -- succeeding is His.

And in the end, we'll find that things turn out pretty much as He knows they will -- even tho we may think He's made a mistake.

And as we spend time with Him, I'll bet our support of Political parties won't even be discussed. We'll be too busy giving Him Honor and Glory and thanking Him for His Love for each of us.

I for one, can't wait !!!
