Your link to Lycos stink. Check insider activity for BVF for all bios that they hold, not only NRGN.

BVF did accumulate in 2003 and still are buying. While I do not trust BVF and think that they are (sometimes) in wrong path, in NRGN case I can say:

"Gdje ima dima ima i vatre!"
