Is this going to be a cash deal? I just got back from vacation and saw this and have mixed feelings. I thought lpac had at least one more run at least to 5 but I guess that management thought that this is best in the long term. I hope they didn't get a sweet deal for themselves to sell us short a bit. I have seen this happen one too many times with these small companies. Anyway, 4 and change is at least closer to what I consider a fair price for lpac from where it is now. Neal
