Most people wouldn't accept my comment as true. If it is considered true then equal opportunity laws are on shaky ground. True, but it is if the state is party to excluding you due to group identification. Could you be more specific? What action are you talking about that makes the state a party to excluding who? If your talking about gay marriage laws I, perhaps mistakenly, thought you had accepted the distinction between active abuse and passively allowing a unequal condition to exist. Tim
