I pretty much agree with your post. I think if we choose to hire and fire based on something like skin color or religion it is an action based on prejudice. I also think the state should not hire based on race or religion ect.

What I disagree with it the idea that many people having the same opinion amounts to a conspiracy. Its only a conspiracy if they coordinate their efforts.
