If you are interested in Foreign Policy then you will appreciate my skill in digging up this excellent link for your review. It is somewhat dated (1991) <s> but it is compelling for several reasons. The Atlantic Council of Canada is a NATO think tank and recently hosted a seminar in which one of the participants was Dr. Jawad Hashim, a close advisor of Saddam Hussein for 15+ years. This link is much older material from the Gulf War almost 10 years ago. One of his assertions struck me as very interesting, he said this...
