Well, you must be pretty young to say that. I have been involved with interest rates for 40 years and when I say they are low THEY ARE LOW. I know FIRST HAND. haha. As to energy, I have to presume you are talking about REFINING capacity. Because of the ecological laws idiots have passed the USA has been unable to KEEP UP with refineries the way they should, thus there always is a SUMMERTIME problem as more people take driving vacations (and who wouldnt considering the PIA to take a plane anymore). However, there is plenty of BASE STOCK SO LONG as we dont do anything dumb in Saudi Arabia (especially until we can get the Iraqi oil fields up to par which likely is going to take years). JDN
