Lou, Let's not go off on some tangents. DCI is GIVING AWAY phone units. They may also SELL phone units. Cost of unit should about = PROCEEDS. i.e. for those GIVEN AWAY the proceeds from the Priv Card sales will offset the phone unit cost. That's it. End of story.
.
If the consumer then WISHES to buy some prepaid phone time from AT&T/Phillips directly, let's say 100 minutes - for let's say $60 to $75 (the price charged here in the New York Metro area for such sell phones), then he must pay THEM. Not DCI for the time.
.
AT&T/Phillips then in turn will forward whatever our cut is (16%??) directly to us. If we have a "receivable" it is from AT&T/Phillips, but honestly, we'll be seeing the $$$ from AT&T/Phillips so fast I don't think DCI will have any advance notice of the "sale" to set up an "accounts receivable" from them.
.
Colin
