LOL! "Saddam caught, North Korea disarms". That just may do it. Although the banks may need more than that.

I would note that after the fist 90 mins of trading, we have an equity P/C over 1 and a rather sharply spiking VIX. It may be indicative of a trend change but seems like a lot of folks are betting on some follow through.
