I think that what is significant about today's price performance is that the Toronto Stock Exchange is closed for a Canadian holiday. There is no doubt in my mind that the reason the stock is so under-valued is because, when it comes to emerging market risk, Canadian investors are a bunch of nervous nellies. Since the vast majority of PKN shares are traded on the TSX, the tendency to take profit prematurely is what holds the stock back. Bernard is trying to correct this by listing on the London Exchange. What we need is for some London-based, and also Wall Street analysts to start covering the stock to overcome the indigenous conservatism of Canadians. Tom
