I wasn't talking about the severity of the Naz's fall but rather the longevity. It hasn't been extraordinarily long for the aftermath of a drop of that size, esp when you add in external factors that can't be blamed on Bush such as 9/11. The tax cuts have been a less than minor influence. We can keep going back and forth on that one forever. Neither of us can possibly prove it to the other. You all can't see the forest for the trees. "It is the economy, stupid" was far more important a factor to the voters than raising taxes. And the raising of the taxes was one of the reasons why the economy did poorly. Tim
