Should someone build a strong case in conspirators in SARS, Mad cow disease, Spanish Flue etc. Strong investigations should go after the case, needless to say.

The attitude of a normal person would usually keep watching
and thinking about the issue or ask relevant questions when he/she sees a lot of evidences of a issue. He/she would welcome the reasonable discussion rather than quickly deny it.
