Dear Mike: As I understand it currently if you have a lot of assets and equity you can get on. Once on maintenance standard is much lower. Many companies get on right at IPO time when they are rich. NASDAQ wants to raise the standards, from what I saw too high. JDN ps check Jeffs URLS from earlier post.
