Bush didn't say it did he ?
or
WHY ARE YOUNG MEN AND WOMEN FROM THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THE UNITED STATES DYING IN IRAQ ?

That is a good review of what you believe Mr. Bush has accomplished. It is unfortunate that Mr. Bush never did share your convictions with America before the war. If you look at the case that was made for war in both the United States and the United Kingdom, it was presented differently. Rather than stress the prerogatives and rights of a great power seeking strength, Mr. Bush and Mr. Blair built a case for war based on false intelligence and fear. The people of the United States and the United Kingdom were attacked quite openly by <<those who seek to master the minds and souls of others>>.

Mr. Bush botched US relations with the UN and NATO, Mr Blair botched the UK relationships as well. The botched international diplomacy provides one insight into the possible answers to my question. You seem certain that the international community is arriving soon, I am not convinced.
