Well, the #1 Videoconference equipment company, PictureTel already bought Multilink, so I would say they're out. How about the #2 company, VTEL/CLI? I kind of like your INTEL suggestion. INTEL has made a huge investment in Videoconferencing with the development of ProShare and their partial ownership in VTEL. Cisco seems reasonable as well. Then, as a wild card we have Japan, Inc.

Or maybe the tech funds decided that VSVR was just plain undervalued. It was less than a year ago that some people thought VSVR was worth $55.00/share.
