No one is talking about people as a whole. Color blindness is, in fact, deviant, that is, very much outside the norm. Blindness, especially, is not a good thing to have. I would find it catastrophic to be blind, although one can manage. But in neither case is one condemning the person for the condition. In the case of homosexuals, I do not find them repugnant, but homosexual practices repel me. I consider homosexuality, as an affliction, to be somewhat between color- blindness and blindedness, not as trivial as the one, nor as catastrophic as the other.........
