What I was talking about was CIBC (specifically Saul Eyal) coverage of MRV.>> good gosh, do you not have anything better to argue about? might i suggest marriage...? it can lead to a LOT of good arguments...<g> i wasn't defending Eyal's research. i simply said, "take it for what it's worth". specifically, i suggested one look at the research as a source of numbers. also, if one reads the report, there are often hints as to what it will take for a ratings change. that ratings change (whether one believe it's accurate or not, can influence the stock price). oh, and i agree that his research has dead wrong (on revenue and earnings estimates, as well as the direction of the stock price). that is why i didn't say to look at the research for such advice... i never have and never will....
