When the market speaks people listen<g> INDU share.esignal.com The street is telling me more....I tried to bid on a 6400 sf house foundation in one the very best locations in Vegas. Well, I was asked to beat a price under $4sf I asked what do you think this house is going to cost a sf. to build? $100sf? He said $150sf?<g> I said you don't think $5sf is reasonable for a foundation? Where is all the cost going to come from? Frustrating.
