Tried to short a little bit of QQQ. Broker says this is 2nd day in row where no QQQ shares available for shorting. Does this mean:

(a) Rummy Broker
(b) Everybody and their barber is short QQQ, so I would be a fool to short,
(c) This is the end of the world as we know it
