Well....why not. Only this time he needs to pull Clinton out of the closet. The rallying cry could be - it's the economy stupid redux. Many, many people are out of work and have given up. 2.5 million have lost their jobs to overseas workers in the 34 months Bush has been president. As our military gets picked off protecting oil interests, kids 13 and over are in harm's way'. They'll reach age 18 during Bush's tenure if he's reelected. Meanwhile our shores remain unprotected as do our civil rights. Interest rates are going back up. I was in CA when it was cheaper to walk away from a home than to sell it for less than it was purchased, and we could be looking at those days again. Everything Bush has done works against us. It's harder to get into college and more expensive. Fewer people are retiring with medical coverage and/or any kind of retirement. People can't support their families. The borrow and spend Republicans have managed to undermine everything great about my country. I've had it. If Gore can win and he picks a strong running mate, let's back him. Or back anyone who can wash the Bush Administration from office like the dirt that group is. And take Lieberman with them.
