The United States Institute of Peace was created to "promote the resolution of conflicts among the nations and peoples of the world without recourse to violence." The Republicans are trying to push Daniel Pipes onto the board of the USIP. Daniel Pipes believes that "diplomacy rarely ends conflicts." This administration is an abomination.
