Hey Gloopie.. I use a program that lets me preview just a small portion of each email including the sender "before" it's downloaded from the server. Then I can have it automatically bounce emails back to spammers and blacklist the entire domain or add people to a friends list. You can set it to automatically delete blacklisted stuff but I like to make sure it's spam before I trash it. I use outlook express but I think they were supposed to release one for users of outlook. It's a nice program - and can really cut down on the amount of spam and potential viruses you are exposed to. Here's the address if you want to check it out... mailwasher.net
