Hi scott, Dean is not far left of center as the media tries to portray him.. He just SEEMS left compared to the present administration which is so far right it is about to fall in to the Atlantic from the cliffs of Kennebunkport, wherever, however it's spelled. Dean is a fiscal conservative, (balanced budgets), he is also against gun control, which I am too. (Because I am like Edward Abbey who said, if the government can have guns, I think the people should too).. A social liberal, a fiscal conservative, like I am.. "I owe no other man" to quote Longfellow..And to quote the "coug".. "I am like no other man and I understand and respect him (the other) for our differences", So they (the neos and their media) paint him (Dean) into this corner only because he stands up for American values.. His and mine values start on the Atlantic coast and end on the Pacific coast. And do not reach out beyond that.. No intervention from outside allowed.. ..And No intervention from here (reaching out I mean).. Allowed.. Live and let live.. Pretty simple to those other than the simple-minded.. c
