Hey Uncle Frank....there is some risk in all of this stuff. If a covered call on CSCO is written for the Sept. 20's, my assumption is that by the Sept call out date CSCO will be some where between 16 and 22. If CSCO trades at 16 in September the 20's will have option value two or three months out. JMO....
