Diamonds North arranges flow-through financing Diamonds North Resources Ltd DDN Shares issued 13,047,885 Aug 5 close $0.76 Tue 5 Aug 2003 News Release Mr. Mark Kolebaba reports Diamonds North Resources has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 3,125,000 flow-through shares at a price of 80 cents per share. Finders' fees of 6 per cent of the gross proceeds may be payable in cash and finders' options may be issued on a portion of this placement. The securities will be subject to a hold period of four months from the closing date. The proceeds shall be used for the continuing development of the company's projects in Canada.
