GEEK - PE will be around 2 after
Q4 (ending June 30) results will be out.
The company had earnings of .18 over the last 9 months
and trades @.53
After Q4 results will be out, the earnings will be
approx .25 for FY 2003.
*Currently 10.3 million OS shares. (There are 9.5 million
warrents @.35 that expires at the beginning of September
if not exercised. If exercised, the company gets approx
$3.4 million)

*Market cap of approx $5 million. In the last 3 Q's
earned $1.8 million and cash flow was $1.6 million.
In Q4, in addition to profit from operations, there will
be a positive impact of approximately $419,000 on the
Company's income statement as a result of a settelment
of a lawsuit.

*The lawsuit - The lawsuit was a big spoiler and
took a lot of resources. The company settled the
lawsuit, will pay 3.25 million and after that they
will still have $1.75 million in cash.
Also, The recent settlement will eliminate ongoing costs which total approximately $636,000 per year, and thus,
will cause a decrease in interest expense and in general and administrative expense for future quarters.

*Liabilities are going down for the last several
Q's and will go down substantially in the coming
Q4 results because of the settlement.

*Jack Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Internet America commented, "This quarter marks the third consecutive quarter that Internet America has reported net income and the ninth consecutive quarter of positive EBITDA. This strong financial performance has considerably strengthened our overall financial position as shown by our balance sheet and positions Internet America very well for the future."
