Nothing in your post indicates why "time is not on our side".. It apparently was for the past year, as we waited for both China and Kim Jong Il to recognize Bush was prepared to call their bluffs... Why such a hurry GST? Neither the Chinese, nor the North Koreans were in a hurry to do anything... They were waiting for Bush to "blink" first... And he didn't.. Asian politicians/strategists are reknowned for their patience towards achieving their goals.. It's people of your ilk who would gladly play the US into a bad hand and deny us the ability to assert our own agenda... You're not, by chance, registered as a Foreign Agent for either the Chinese or N. Koreans, are you?? Hawk
