My statistics still show zero for (non-professional) american two-partyists who would have any clue on center-and-consensus-based-multy-party-systems, although some know something about proportional representations (that includes saying but not knowing anything of "Italy and Israel" as well as strange quotes of the military coup Hitler did)

On the other hand, a lot of US top-leaders as well as some US academics studying election systems seem to know a lot, but they do not say a lot.

My statistics for english are much better as the public debate was released from their ban for a couple of years in the middle-late-1990s.

The Scots, Welsh as well as Irish, on the other hand, know a lot, as that is what they have implemented since those same years.
