At one time the good officers ate after the troops did. I doubt that the officers living to excess while the troops suffer will be long tolerated. A community, which our armed forces of 150,000 in Iraq, will have a few bad apples.

As for a parts problem, that's to be expected to some extent. It's a long supply line to Iraq. You gotta be a cannibal to keep those vehicles running.
