9:30AM Optical Comm upgraded at Roth (OCPI) 1.91 +0.16: Roth Capital upgrades to Buy from Neutral and raises their target to $2.20 from $2, citing valuation as well as positive data from CSCO and other OEM vendors. Believe MRVC (Luminent alone) is a better investment than OCPI. Hope Roth goes looking for others in components business
