Gene: There is a proxy battle brewing. Harbinger Capital wants the current management out. They are very unhappy. The market hates uncertainty. There could be rough days ahead, but my stock is worth so little now I will hold and hope for the best. If the proxy battle ensues, I tend to favor Harbinger over the current managment. I have no confidence in a managment team that presents a "marketing plan" as a projection, and calls its claims adjusting subsidiary a "insurance division". If you reach Goyette, find out when the earnings will be released. It should be sometime in late August.
