My understanding is that Rubicon is still carried for 40%. If Anglo elects to pay $250,000 US for the additional 10% then I think Rubicon can be carried to production if there is a production decision on a property but will have to pay back development costs + 3% interest. In the meantime presumably Rubicon is either carried for 40% or 30% as the case may be - correct me anyone if this doesn't make sense. It is my understanding that Anglo has to maintain all the properties in good standing. If it doesn't wish to do so on any property it will revert to Rubicon
