This is the end of Gray Davis. This forces the Democratic Establishment to run someone. Who? Lt. Gov. Cruz Bustamante, for one. When he announces, Gray can give it up.

But what this is about is that the voters are madder than hell at the whole Political establishment. Why? A busted budget. A busted Utility system. A busted school system. They would throw out everyone if they could.
