Getting lectured on custom by a man that wears a bow tie is quaint. The custom of redistricting every 10 years may have been appropriate when we were a less mobile society, but with the constant movement of people we see today, it's a good idea to reassess that custom.

Meanwhile, this is the Republican response to the Democrats' caper.
