If, as you say, they in effect, have no patent to protect the proceedure, then they are stretching the truth a bit aren't they when they say... Q. Do you own any patents covering EECP? A. Yes. Vasomedical holds a number of patents in the U.S. and internationally that cover EECP designs and functions. Because the question is about patents covering EECP (the proceedure)...not functions and design.
