Hi Vaughn & Bill, Since Vaughn is only asking for 2 cents, I’ll give it a shot. I don’t think the 2 deals are comparable. The latest PP is a one shot deal on a flow through basis without options or warrants while the Teck deal came with warrants and the right to participate in future financings.
