Under the terms of the agreement, NPC will continue providing merchant processing services, including credit and debit card authorization and settlement, to COCARD's customer base.

COCARD Marketing Group is an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) with 35 sales offices throughout the United States. Founded by industry veterans, much of COCARD's growth has been accomplished through various agent bank and referral relationships. By focusing on customer service and offering superior products, COCARD has quickly become a leading ISO among the regional merchant marketplace.

"COCARD, with its veteran management team, unique structure and expansive footprint, has become one of our most valued ISO relationships," said Randy Sagar, senior vice president of Regional Sales for NPC. "NPC's focus has been to provide the ISO market with exceptional customer service and products that not only maximize their sales efforts, but also minimize merchant attrition.
