Xcel has a Business Consulting Agreement with ZKID with payment under this agreement being 1,000,000 freely tradable shares of ZKID. In addition, ZKID shall grant to XAI or its designee the options to purchase 4,000,000 shares at the following prices: 1,000,000 shares at $0.025, 1,000,000 shares at $0.050, 1,000,000 shares at $0.075, and 1,000,000 shares at $0.75.
